Waitlist and Marketing
Before you create a full Seller OS account, you can join our early-access waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not create a Seller OS account.
Information we collect at waitlist signup
When you join the waitlist we collect:
- First name and email address
- Country
- Whether you currently sell on eBay
- Your number of active eBay listings
- Your main sourcing method
- The biggest challenge you're facing running your eBay business, if you choose to tell us (optional)
- Whether you'd like to receive marketing emails (see below)
- How you found Seller OS, for example a specific campaign, social platform, our blog, or a direct visit
- The date and time you joined the waitlist
Why we collect it
We use waitlist information to:
- Manage the waitlist and let you know when beta or public access opens
- Understand who is interested in Seller OS, so we can prioritise the beta programme and build the right features
- Where you've consented, send you relevant updates about Seller OS
Marketing consent
Joining the waitlist does not require you to opt in to marketing emails. If you tick the marketing consent checkbox on the waitlist form, we record the date and time you gave consent and the exact wording of the consent checkbox you were shown, so we have accurate evidence of what you agreed to.
Regardless of whether you opt in to marketing emails, we'll still contact you about your waitlist status itself, for example to let you know when public access opens, since that's the service you signed up for. Only sellers who have opted in receive additional marketing content, such as seller education material and product update emails.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing privacy@getselleros.com and asking us to stop, or by using the unsubscribe link included in each marketing email once we begin sending them. Withdrawing consent does not remove you from the waitlist itself, and does not affect emails that relate directly to your waitlist status, such as a notice that public access has opened.
Beta Programme
If you participate in the Seller OS Beta:
- Features may change without notice.
- Bugs and temporary outages may occur.
- Feedback you provide may be used to improve Seller OS.
- We may collect additional diagnostic information to identify and fix issues.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
The latest version will always appear on this page.
